When issuing an RGA...
In order to correctly track RGAs and Troubleshooting tickets, lets use the following format:
[Ticket Number]-[RGA Number], i.e. 1021-34526
This is the number which the customer should quote on all references to the Problem Ticket.

In this way, the problem is tracked through this system and the RGA. QC can then get troubleshooting info from this tool as required and we will not have to copy all trobleshooting info into the RGA system.
